With a Doctorate in Leadership focused on Organizational Effectiveness and Policy, combined with Project Management certification and professional experience supporting executives within the defense and non-profict industry, Dr. Oglesby brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and relationship-centered leadership to every client engagement. Her background includes experience in executive support, strategic planning, organizational coordination, and performance-driven operations within high-level professional environments.
What sets Dr. Oglesby apart is her ability to combine strategy with a genuine commitment to people.
